Don’t inherit a finished CRM program. Build what comes next.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how Fujifilm builds meaningful, long-term relationships with its consumers.
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Consumer Growth & Lifecycle Manager to build our consumer growth and lifecycle marketing capability. Rather than stepping in to manage an established program, you’ll have the opportunity to create the strategy, journeys, automation and measurement framework that will define how we engage consumers into the future.
You’ll turn consumer data and behavioural insights into experiences that increase engagement, loyalty, advocacy and long-term consumer value, while delivering measurable commercial impact. The role sits within FUJIFILM Australia’s Electronic Imaging & Optical Devices division and reports to the Head of Marketing.
Job Description
The opportunity:
This role is for someone who enjoys building. You’ll have the scope to establish a connected consumer growth and engagement ecosystem, including:
A clear CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy
End-to-end consumer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, advocacy, retention and win-back
Meaningful audience segmentation and personalisation
Automated email and SMS programs
Product registration and post-purchase engagement journeys
Reporting frameworks and dashboards that demonstrate consumer and commercial impact
A strong test-and-learn culture focused on continuous improvement
You won’t simply maintain what already exists. You’ll identify the opportunity, set the direction and bring it to life.
What you’ll do:
Build the consumer growth strategy - Own and develop the annual CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, aligned with Fujifilm’s brand and commercial objectives. You’ll design consumer journeys, establish audience segmentation frameworks and identify opportunities to create more relevant, personalised experiences.
Create intelligent consumer journeys - Design and optimise communications across the consumer lifecycle, from first interaction and product registration through to education, engagement, advocacy, retention and re-engagement. You’ll build automated programs spanning welcome journeys, new-product education, promotional offers, consumer preferences, VIP engagement, re-engagement and win-back activity.
Bring campaigns to life - Build, deploy and optimise email, SMS and automated consumer communications. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll connect CRM activity with brand campaigns, product launches, events, cashback promotions, seasonal initiatives and other key projects.
Turn data into action - Establish the reporting frameworks and dashboards needed to measure engagement, conversion, retention and business impact. You’ll translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve consumer journeys and identify new growth opportunities.
Champion the consumer - Use consumer insights and behavioural data to continuously improve the end-to-end experience. You’ll collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer teams and agency partners to create a more consistent and valuable experience across every touchpoint.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring:
You’re both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator. You can see the future state, create a practical roadmap and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
Five or more years’ experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, consumer engagement or growth marketing
Experience using platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar
A strong understanding of consumer segmentation, lifecycle journeys and personalised marketing
Experience developing and executing automated consumer communication programs
Strong analytical capability and confidence interpreting campaign performance
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of privacy legislation and email marketing compliance
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Experience managing budgets
A degree or diploma with a marketing or business
Experience within consumer electronics, retail, technology, e-commerce or a premium brand environment would be highly regarded.
An interest in photography would be a welcome bonus.
What will help you thrive:
You’ll be curious, commercially minded and motivated by progress. You’ll combine creativity with analytical thinking and bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful, establish best practice and leave a lasting impact on how Fujifilm understands, engages and grows its community. The role calls for a dynamic, creative and hard-working individual with strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills.
